pceity is a luxury brand based out of chicago. we aim to make clothing that can make a loved one or yourself at ease and in a positive mindset. the name is more than a brand but a powerful message geared to help change the community outlook on brands and the message they convey.

pceity, pronounced peace-ity, is a line created by two sisters in the beautiful city of chicago.

our mission is to bring peace to mind and positivity to your day. whether you rock our line, gift our line to a loved one, or simply just follow our journey for some smiles we will be forever grateful.

return policy.

we do not offer exchanges or returns of any kind. we will provide accurate images to the best of our ability and detailed descriptions for each item. all sales are final.

lost or stolen packages.

we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once your order has been dropped off at the post office. to best prevent these things from happening, we suggest that you periodically check the tracking info as your item is in route to you. if there is a problem you must contact the carrier that is delivering your package.

defective items:

being that we are human and our products are made in-house, mistakes do happen and a defective product can slip past quality control. if this is the case and you believe you have a defective item, you have 14 days from the day you receive your product to reach out to us and have us examine the product in order to get an exchange or that items value in store credit.

all items will be shipped in a timely manner. you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number when your order is fulfilled. please remember to completely fill out each area in the checkout process. this helps us to create an accurate shipping label so that you can receive your order. if your order is returned to us for any reason, we will contact you to try to sort and get everything figured out.
